1- PROJECT INTERIM/DEVELOPMENT REPORT:

* * * Transactions of all projects carried out by the project coordinators who do not submit the project interim reports within the time limit are stopped until the relevant report is delivered and the project coordinators cannot take part in a new project.***
2- PROJECT REQUESTS:
The Supplementary Budget must be completed by writing the detailed justification for the Additional Time, Investigator Add-Out, Budget Change, Project Name Change, Project Cancellation, Coordinator Change and other requests. After uploading your Project Request Applications to the online system, you can submit them to the BAP Coordination Office 1211 room with a wet signature when the office approval is given. Technical Specifications should be uploaded for Machinery-Equipment, Fixtures and Software purchases.

NOTE: While uploading the report, our coordinators who have submitted their project applications online should make sure that the PDF file is less than 4 MB and that the "Refer" button is pressed.
