Prepare the following documents before the project application;

1. Project Proposal Form
2. Decision of the Institute Board of Directors on the Thesis Proposal Form
3. Student Certificate
4. Similarity Report
5. If there is an external joint consultant; External Joint Consultant Certificate and Intellectual and Industrial Rights Waiver Form
6. If there is an in-house joint consultant; In-house Joint Consultant Certificate
7. If there is an external funded project application; External Funded Project File
8. If Machinery-Equipment or Software is included in the budget; Technical Specification
9. If there are human and animal experiments; Ethics Committee Certificate

Using the SABIS-BAP modüle, the following information will be entered into the system during the application:

1. Project summary information,
2. Project personnel Information
3. Budget and detailed justifications,

After your project receives commission approval;

"Project Application Form", "Project Contract" downloaded from the SABIS-BAP application screen and all wet signed documents uploaded to the system during the application will be delivered to the BAPK office by hand.

In the external funded projects accepted for the subject of the thesis, the maximum budget is 150.000 TL.

(*) Research projects that are not supported within the scope of an external funded research and development project and (* *) research projects that include doctoral, specialty and proficiency in art thesis studies that have not been applied for any external funded project support.
