Project Completion Documents

Final Report:

  • As a result report in Postgraduate Thesis Projects, a document from the Institute or Faculty, an electronic copy of the approved thesis and a "Movable Registration Form" indicating that the purchased Machinery-Equipment and Fixtures have been handed over to the relevant faculty must be uploaded. In the postgraduate theses submitted as a project final report, BAPK Unit support must be clearly stated together with the project number. Otherwise, the theses submitted are not considered as final reports and the relevant project coordinators cannot benefit from the support of the BAPK Unit for 2 years.
  • In all other support projects, the Project Result Report, which includes the research results within 3 months at the latest from the end of the project and has been prepared in accordance with the format determined by the BAPK Commission, should be uploaded from the SABIS-BAP system.

If your work on the project is ongoing, a petition must be submitted and attached to the dean's office if necessary, for what purpose and for what purpose the machinery-equipment and fixtures will be used.)

* * * Processes of all projects carried out by the project coordinators who do not submit the project interim or final reports within the time limit are stopped until the relevant report is delivered and the project coordinators cannot take part in a new project.***

Caution!! Coordinators who fail to submit the project interim and final report and cause the project to fail cannot benefit from BAPK supports for 2 years.
